about tournament
This is the first year of this tournament – European Friendly Cup. The main idea which leads us to prepare this tournament is that there is no other possibility to compare middle European countries on one tournament in such a big format. Here, competitors are nations, not only individuals, but also doubles, trios and teams.
Another advantage is that everybody can use this tournament as a final preparation for World Men Championship, the pattern which will be used here is the short one.
Last, but not least, is the idea of friendship, helping hand and support between middle European countries and we would like to establish here better and deeper co-operation between us.
The tournament will be in another country every year. Starting in the Czech Republic, we suppose it will continue in Slovenia or Slovakia next year.
